Bambora acquires Norwegian fintech startup dSafe
The Swedish payment corporation Bambora announced that they have acquired the Norwegian fintech startup, dSafe. DSafe delivers electronic receipts, gamification-based loyalty programs and areal time analytics engine to retailers both physical and ecommerce. Dsafe, with an installed customer base of over 5000 retailers in Norway becomes an integral part of Bambora Group, alongside Samport, MPS, ePay, DK Online, Key Corp and Euroline.
Congratulations to Daro Navaratnam, founder and CEO of dSafe for becoming a part of one of the most exciting fintech-startups in the region.This acquisition is surely one more step towards Bamboras vision of making the Nordic region the Silicon Valley of Payments.
